Welcome to Cape Fear Coppershop, the home of WaterFired Copper™.
Whether you are most interested in ornamental lawn and garden pieces
for your landscaping needs, a pond or patio fountain or décor
accents for interior design, you will find unique, handmade copper
garden art items that compliment a wide variety of environments. Because
all cutting, hammering and joining is done by hand, no two are ever
identical, guaranteeing you a unique, one of a kind work.
We use no solder in our joinery, instead welding each piece with
copper rods to insure strength and durability. Our verdigris patina
finish is not a spray-on faux finish but actual copper verdigris
accelerated by an acid etch, so it won’t wear off but only
deepen over time.
The molten edges, warm, aged look and rich, vibrant colors are
the signature of the molecular reactions that take place during
our proprietary, “waterfired” process. Each piece carries
our “WaterFired Copper™” trademark.
