weekdays between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm EST.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most orders ship complete from Southport, North Carolina via
U.S. Priority Mail or Fed-Ex within 5-10 working days. We ship on
weekdays. Please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery. Items
will not be charged to your account until shipped. Additional shipping
charges will apply on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/Military.
We are currently shipping to U.S. addresses only.
NC residents add 7% sales tax.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Packing and shipping charges are included in price.
RETURN POLICY:
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping,
is defective or is not the item you ordered, save the box and all
the packing material and contact us @ 866-315-4582 or e-mail copperartgirl@yahoo.com.
We will give you instructions on how to proceed. In the meantime,
we will send you a replacement promptly.
